It's important to note that nothing more is known beyond the initial statement made by the other three members of Metallica. This conversation exists as a forum for those of us concerned and unsure about the future. We send all of our love and respect to James, the band, and the entire Metallica family and look forward to getting Papa Het back happy and healthy and ready to continue to lead us all in this journey together called Metallica. Is this legal? What are the future ramifications? All of these questions are addressed plus a detailed breakdown and our personal opinions on the issue.
