In episode 65 we suggested a Swap Party as a way to get rid of some of the nicer items in your home that you might not use or want anymore. Well, between last week and now, we had our own Swap party and this episode is all you need to know and learn to have one of your own!   But, we don't just talk about swaps, I had and have something that has been burning in my heart the last couple weeks and Alyssa gives me the time and space to let it out. I hope it blesses you and leads you to deeper roots as we continue our journey of being grounded in grace. 

Who knew that spices expired?! Not me, but Alyssa gives more than that (because probably everyone else already knows that) this week when she dives into cleaning out your pantry and quick tips to start getting rid of things in the kitchen. Also, lil Linc steals the show this week as he is teething and makes recording a bit tougher. So that's fun to listen to ;) He's pretty much always cute.  It's always fun to get those Facebook flashbacks of where you were 6 years ago, or pics of you and a friend when you were in high school.
