One of the things about the internet is that any viral video, any story, it's next to impossible to find unanimous agreement but after what took place in Toronto the other day, we have come pretty close to unanimity on this story -- in a 10 second video, a woman appears to throw a chair off a condo balcony above the Gardiner Expressway in downtown Toronto. At first we thought the chair toss came out of a fit of rage but it seems like it was simply done for views on Instagram.
