This morning on the House of Hope Radio Ministry Program I want to continue teaching on the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who guides us into the right path for us to walk and convicts us of our sin if we stray from that path. It is the Holy Spirit who reminds us of the truth of God's Word and teaches us how to apply God's Word to our daily lives. It is the Holy Spirit who works in us to conform us to the image of Jesus.

This week on Destiny Moments Angel shares an interview with Tammy Jones. Tammy and her husband Bishop Bennie Jones (pictured) Pastor Vision Revival Center in Start, Louisiana. Tammy is the mother of two, grandmother of six. Together, they travel and do revivals and speak where God leads. God is moving in a mighty way, says the Jones. Welcome to The House of Hope Radio Ministry Program! The Greek word for strife refers to variance, contentions, fighting, discord, wrangling, and quarreling, just to name a few. Yes, our world today fits these descriptions whether it is inside the church, inside the government, inside our corporations and most certainly strife is found within the home. Strife is also present in mankind’s selfish ambitions. Today’s culture certainly is self-seeking and self-absorbed. When selfish ambition replaces seeking God it violates the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20); the command to love others more than ourselves, and most of all to put God first in everything. Why is the human heart filled with strife? The answer is found in God’s Word. Sin is the culprit. When sin is not dealt with before Almighty God, strife will preside.

This week on Destiny Moments Angel's guest is Shelli Good. Shelli is the interim Pastor at the Westfield United Baptist Church in Westfield, Maine. Shelli speaks from the heart and brings insight and some of her own journey dealing with grief and loss.

They were having a glorious time, singing praises to the Lord when someone interrupted them, saying critically, “Who are you people? What are you doing?” Dr. Ironside replied, “We’re just some Christians having a good time, praising the Lord.” The heckler replied, “You’re a bunch of fools!” Ironside said, “You’re right! We’re fools for Christ’s sake.” ACTION POINT: The way of the Christian is sometimes foolishness in the eyes of the world. When was the last time you made a fool of yourself for Christ’s sake?

This week Angel interviews Rebecca Troyer Author, Speaker and Entrepreneur. Rebecca was born and raised Amish on a farm in Michigan. She knew at a young age she did not want to spend her life in the Amish culture. Rebecca tells her story in her book Beyond the Brokenness. This morning here on the House of Hope we need to change the message a bit from what I intended it to be this morning: Dr. Jim Denison posted this: Pastor Jarrid Wilson’s death came one day before World Suicide Prevention Day. While suicide is the tenth leading cause of death among the general American population, it is the second leading cause of death for young people between the ages of ten and twenty-four. Suicide rates in the US have increased more than 25 percent since 1999. The World Health Organization estimates a global suicide rate of one death every forty seconds. By next year, they predict someone will take their life every twenty seconds. If you or someone you know might be at risk of suicide, please call 1-800-273-8255 to reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. It provides confidential, free support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You can also call this number to talk to someone about how to help a person in crisis.

This morning on the House of Hope we continue our series on "Why Does The Church Exist? Here is a bonus for our FGGAM listeners: God has given us everything we need to know about the future in His Word. Of course, the Bible does not tell us what will happen next week or next year; if it did, we would never learn to trust God or seek His guidance. But the Bible does tell us that the future is in God’s hands, and someday Christ will come again. Trust Him today, tomorrow and for eternity. Through consistent reading of God’s Word, we find His comfort and learn obedience in walking with Him. Worship Creator-God who “by the breath of God ice is given, and the broad waters are frozen. Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds; He scatters His bright clouds. And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance, that they may do whatever He commands them” (Job 37:10-12).

Gene and his lovely wife Margaret are pictured above with all the grand kids! There is a great void in the world now….But we rejoice that Evangelist Gene is with Jesus! Amen! Gene was ready to go home! Heaven is a prepared place, are you prepared for Heaven? Gene lived his life to one day enter Heaven. I do not have the words to share how much I loved this man of God. This morning on ther House of Hope lets talk about anxiety and fear...... So much anxiety and fear is going on in America because of these horrible mass shootings.... Have you ever noticed that right along with the command in Matthew 6:34 not to worry, there comes a promise from God to take care of us? One of the most frequent promises is that we will be fed—God will take care of our needs. Why does God promise that “all these things will be added unto you.”? So we will not starve? No. Friend, a lot of people who don’t trust God have a pantry full of food. The average unsaved person is thinking about money, homes, cars, clothes, wealth, etc. Jesus knows we have a one-track mind and cannot serve two masters. If these are the things you’re seeking, then you’re not seeking the Lord. He is telling us, “You trust Me. Bring all of your attention into trusting Me and doing good, and I’ll take care of you.” Today each time you’re tempted to worry, bring your concerns to your Heavenly Father and ask Him to help you

This ‘For God’s Glory Alone Ministries’ is 7 years young! Sharon and I are in AWE of GOD! We look back and think of the last 7 years and we see the works of God. When we look at today we see God at work. It is an extreme blessing to see the work of God and His miracles. From Preaching, to Revivals, to Radio broadcasts, to TV (We do not to TV now, we used to) so many funerals, which are a blessing to do for the families, weddings!, counseling, and FGGAM.ORG where God has us reaching thousands a month all over His world. This is all God, not us. The big thing I keep learning and seeing it it is all God, we just have to behave ourselves and not do anything stupid. We have to hold God’s hand in all we do and say! Amen!
