So many Stephen King books are made into movie and TV adaptations. This subject is different in that it was made specifically so that it would go right to the TV, and the "book" that was made from the screenplay came out right before it debuted on TV, only to try and sell the screenplay itself, not because it was meant to be a book. BUT, we're talking about the Stephen King film, Storm of the Century! "A dangerous blizzard hits an isolated town and brings along a mysterious stranger intent on terrorizing people for his own desires. A small village off the mainland is about to receive a huge winter storm. It won't be just another storm for them." This is a story about what happens when you're given an unanswerable problem. When a stranger visits a small town during a really have storm, it enables this stranger to get a leg up on the town. You find out who and what the stranger is, and a father must decide what to do with his own son that is being pulled away from him, while watching the townspeople die. What

We're onto part two of one of the best Batman movies that have been made in some time!! It's spooky season, but while this may not be the most spooky thing that you could watch for Halloween, it's definitely worth the watch for sure!! "Batman suspects that a former ally might be the serial killer. The killer known as Holiday continues to stalk the Falcone crime family while a new class of costumed criminal rises in Gotham City. Batman suspects that a former ally might be the serial killer." What do you do when you suspect one of your really good friends is also a serial killer, and going insane? The answer to that question might actually surprise you, but this Batman has to answer. The ending will definitely come as a surprise as well, but in the middle of it all, you get a REALLY good Batman story that tells a great narrative, but also looks really good! Come on, who isn't game for a good Batman story! Of course, the caveat is that it has to be "good." There have been many Batman stories, and they have all had their shares of ups and downs, but it seems as though nobody is arguing about whether The Long Halloween has its downs at all! So, we are talking about the first part of this Batman movie!! "During the holidays, a brutal series of murders strike fear into the city of Gotham. The first part of this film is setting up who our characters are, and setting up some of the strife that we're going to see throughout both films. The show we're talking about today has been many years in the making! With a much newer explosion of TV shows that are coming out of the Disney machine, Marvel has been putting out so much more content lately. One of those shows is of course, the brand new series, She Hulk!! This is one of the few pop culture classics that I can remember actually going to the theater and enjoying. It's also a book that I remember re-reading right before the movie came out. We're diving into a Sylvester Stallone movie, and seeing if this superhero movie is just Stallone in a cape. The running theory is that Stallone essentially plays himself in 99% of the movies that he is featured in. Would this movie be any different? This isn't his first foray into superhero movies, with his role in Guardians of the Galaxy taking that spot. BUT, Samaritan is his first leading role, and is a bit of a different take than most superhero movies that are out currently. Today's topic brings a film series much closer to its original than many other sequels do. This is the seventh film in this franchise if you don't count the Alien crossovers, otherwise this is the ninth installment into the Predator franchise. Prey is the topic at hand today!! "A skilled Comanche warrior protects her tribe from a highly evolved alien predator that hunts humans for sport, fighting against wilderness, dangerous colonisers and this mysterious creature to keep her people safe." Prey brings the franchise back home, and so much closer to the original Predator that we all have a lot of love for. A Comanche warrior is doing everything she can to prove that she is just as much a warrior, or more, than the rest of the tribe!! She puts those efforts to the test up against the Predator! This is definitely the best Predator film in recent memory, and arguably (aside from nostalgia) the best film in the whole franchise. You should definitely give it a whirl! Neil Gaiman has been creating amazing projects for a very long time. There are many many fans of a lot of his work, but today's topic happens to be one of his most popular. The Sandman is a Gaiman special when it comes to comic book fans! Netflix just turned that awesome comic book into a series, and we're here to talk about this newly minted series!! "Premise. It's been three really long years before there was a full version of San Diego Comic Con!! There was a special event held last year, but it just wasn't the same. If you've never been to any San Diego Comic Con, you definitely need to make the trip! It's not as hard as everyone thinks it is, in order to get a key, you just have to be persistent!! But, during this episode, we talk about what it was like for me to visit SDCC for the first time, covering the show, by myself. I've done that before as an attendee, but this was the first time having to cover it by myself. This comic con is SO unique, in that the whole city of San Diego takes the con super serious. Restaurants dress themselves up, there are parties everywhere, and you're just engulfed in the show!! Today's topic is a tv series that was based off of a comic book! It takes it roots from the comic book series, and does a pretty good job of keeping in line with the book!! We are talking about the Prime Video series, Paper Girls!"Paper Girls follows four young girls who, while out delivering papers during the dark morning hours after Halloween in 1988, become unwittingly caught in a conflict between warring factions of time-travelers, sending them on an adventure through time that will save the world." The show tells the story of a group of paper girls who accidentally travel through time! They must figure out how they travelled in time, plus their story isn't that simple.
