Episode 20 - Sarah Francisco (Live at The Crown & Anchor)
14/03/2018 Duración: 34minAs part of the 2018 Adelaide Fringe we explore the life of Sarah Francisco, an Irish woman with a tragic upbringing who still holds the record for South Australia's most arrested individual. A dead parent, a dead child, crippling alcoholism and a constant battle against an unjust system. In hindsight we probably should have picked a less tragic story to tell to a live audience. If you missed out, fear not, as you can still get tickets to our final 2018 Adelaide Fringe Show here, which will be at Chateau Apollo, 74 Frome St., Sunday the 18th of March, 8:30pm.

Episode 18 - Queen Adelaide
24/01/2018 Duración: 48minThis sensational AdeLOL explores the life of Queen Adelaide, the strong woman our city is named after, but many of us know very little about. A frugal, charitable, lived, if not slightly boring Queen, the story is quickly taken over by the arranged marriage to hilarious scallywag King William. Tickets to our live Adelaide fringe shows available here. Beer of the episode is 'The Naked Objector' by the Little Bang Brewing Co.

Episode 17 - Marineland
14/12/2017 Duración: 39minMarineland was an attraction of sorts at West beach that opened in 1969 and closed in 1988. It was a great place, you could see Mr. Percival, dine in the underwater restaurant, and watch some captured animals perform in dilapidated surrounds. This one is actually kind of shocking. Beer of the episode was the Gulf Brewery Smoke Stack Rauchbier...never again.
-
Giggleaide - Christmas Pageant
07/12/2017 Duración: 20minThe tale of how a small promotion for a department store became an Adelaide icon. Basically they just ripped off the Macy's Day Parade, kinda like how we ripped off The Dollop. It's what Adelaide does best.

Giggleaide - The Southern Expressway
27/11/2017 Duración: 08minWhat was once the world's longest reversable one way freeway is now just a regular freeway. It's a damn shame, a damn hilarious and expensive shame. Have a listen and lol at our improv jingle. Thanks to Baxters for the great episode suggestion.

Episode 15 - Hubert Wilkins
02/11/2017 Duración: 43minThis AdeLOL explores the life of great South Australian, Hubert Wilkins, whose adventurous spirit took him all over the world. Sure, he had a few mishaps along the way, so that's what we'll be focusing on. We'd also like to remind everyone that we never promised each episode would be a slam dunk. Beer of the episode was Big Shed 'Fuck Yeah' American Pale Ale.
-

It's mainly us just telling personal stories about it, but as true South Aussies, it definitely runs through our glucose heavy blood. It's an AdeLOL podcast or it's nothing, so have a listen FUIC-heads

Episode 14 - The Pie Floater
19/10/2017 Duración: 44minAn upside down pie in a dirty bowl of pea soup, covered in sauce from a cart parked in a city street. Just as delicious as it sounds. The Pie Floater holds a special place in many South Australian's hearts and bowels. Find out why, but not actually how, this came to be our state dish. Seriously, nobody knows where it actually originated, but we unofficially make the call. Beer of the episode, Shifty Lizard Pale Ale. #GibbsThemAGo
