When did American flags in the office become offensive? And what is the proper way to discriminate in your hiring practices? Without a doubt, some listeners will be offended by the commentary in this episode. • Should diversity training be banned?

    18/08/2023 Duración: 13min

Big box electronics retailer Best Buy is under fire after it was revealed a company leadership program specifically bars white people from participating. (Is that racist?) As you might expect there was outrage online about this and calls for boycotting. The whole incident had me thinking about diversity training and how it tends to be taught these days. So much so, I wrote a special report on it called "Racism Reimagined: How Wokeism is Destroying the Workplace." In this episode, I read an excerpt from the report listing 3 things that will likely happen after you implement diversity training. Tune in for a very controversial episode.
