This week we are joined by hilarious Brian Grossi. He has performed in Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. He recorded his first television appearance as part of Popcorn Flix Presents Empire Tonight! and has appeared on TMZ. In 2014, he completed his first international tour, performing in Liverpool’s Hot Water Comedy Club, Manchester’s XS Malarky, The Madrid Comedy Club and Toronto’s North by Northeast Festival. In March 2016, he made it to the Sweet Sixteen of Caroline’s Comedy Madness competition. In 2017, he founded The Round-Trip Comedy Series, which produces stand-up shows all over the Northeast. This week we are joined by good friend Mike Lavin. He is a lifelong New Yorker with an obsession for creating anything and everything. He moved to NYC in 2014. In 2017 he started the Traveling Circus Comedy Show and produces monthly shows all around the city, including Stationary Circus, and Run From The Police. He got 1st place winner of the 2016 Laughing Devil Cup Comedy Festival in New York; the 1st place winner of the 2015 Yonkers Comedy Festival as well as the 1st place winner of the 2015 Make Me Laugh Albany Comedy Festival. He was also featured this year on videos for NBC, Buzzfeed, Refinery29, The Scene, Mic.com, FusionTV, and Huffington Post. Most recently he was also featured at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival New Faces Showcase. We talked about comedy, work ethic, what it takes to be undeniably funny among other hilarious things.
