This week we are joined by good friend and hilarious Patrick Holbert. He has been making his living in NYC since 2003. Patrick he has performed on Sirius XM and hosts the internationally syndicated TV show “The Movie Loft.” He has appeared on TruTV’s “Hack My Life” and "Mysteries at the Museum" on the Travel Channel. He is also the co-host of two podcasts “The Comic’s Table” and "Who Cares". We talked about what being a nice really means, our marriages, comedy and other hilarious subjects. Get into it. This is a special episode where Justin and I talked about the issue of depression and share our thoughts/opinions on this matter based on the tragic death of legendary Anthony Bourdain. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) suggests that approximately 16 million of American adults had at least one major depressive episode in 2012. Also, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression. It is time for all of us to recognize this problem and work toward finding plausible solutions.
