Alan realize that they are mirror Straight/Gay images of each other.  Having both survived cancer and been tasked with restarting their cancer treatment paused careers, Greg and H. Alan bond over the reinvention that is the silver lining of personal setback.  Now in a healthy relationship H. Alan is bringing the very first boyfriend he’s ever brought home to his Mormon family for Thanksgiving and what preparation is required with all parties for full family immersion.
