In areas of EXPERIENCE and RESULTS you will always get the level of expertise commensurate with what you're wanting to pay. I have seen so many adventure operators that charge peanuts yet when you see their operation you understand why they can do that. In fact the HAVE to do that to keep clients ticking over. When you're really good at what you do then people will come to you a price whilst it may still be important isn't the main factor. Most interesting for me was the wise and old soul that seems to reside within Jesse. At 28yo you sense he's much older and wiser than his years would suggest.
