After becoming bored with the same annual routine of frightening people in the “real world.”, when Jack accidentally stumbles on the bright colours and warm spirits of “Christmas Town”, he gets a new lease on life – he plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking over the role. But Jack soon discovers even the best-laid plans of mice and skeleton men can go seriously awry.

Directed by Ron Howard, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is the Christmas fantasy comedy film starring Jim Carrey in the title role. Luke and Nathan re-enter the world of Dr. Seuss to take on the first of only two live-action Dr. Seuss films, and the first live-action adaption of the 1957 children book of the same name, following the 1966 animated TV sepcial of the same name. The reclusive green Grinch (Jim Carrey) decides to ruin Christmas for the cheery citizens of Whoville. Reluctantly joined by his hapless dog, Max, the Grinch comes down from his mountaintop home and sneaks into town to swipe everything holiday-related from the Whos. However, the bitter grump finds a hitch in his plans when he encounters the endearing Cindy Lou Who (Taylor Momsen).

Action speaks louder than words... Directed by John Woo, Silent Night is the action thriller film starring Joel Kinnaman which features almost no dialogue. A father is tormented after witnessing his young son die when caught in a gang’s crossfire on Christmas Eve. While recovering from a wound that costs him his voice, he makes vengeance his life’s mission and embarks on a punishing training regimen in order to avenge his son’s death.

The latest Christmas movie lands on Amazon Prime! Directed by Reginald Hudlin, Candy Cane Lane is the Christmas comedy film starring Eddie Murphy. Chris Carver (Eddie Murphey) is on a mission to win his neighbourhood’s annual Christmas home decoration contest. After Chris inadvertently makes a deal with a mischievous elf named Pepper (Jillian Bell) to better his chances of winning, she casts a magic spell that brings the 12 Days of Christmas to life, and wreaks havoc on the whole town. At the risk of ruining the holidays for his family, Chris, his wife Carol (Tracee Ellis Ross), and their three children must race against the clock to break Pepper’s spell, battle deviously magical characters, and save Christmas for everyone.

Written and directed by Steven E. de Souza, Street Fighter is the action film based on the video game series of the same name produced by Capcon. Luke and Jae select their fighters and return to 1994 to re-live the experience that is the first Street Fighter movie - the second of which was also released the same year - Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie. A one shot comic book adaptation of the live-action film, titled Street Fighter: The Battle for Shadaloo, was published by DC Comics in 1995. Gen. Bison (Raul Julia), the evil dictator of Shadaloo, captures a busload of relief workers and holds them for ransom. Col. Guile (Jean-Claude Van Damme) leads an international strike force to invade Shadaloo and rescue the hostages. Along the way, Guile recruits Chun-Li (Ming-Na Wen), a reporter and martial-arts expert whose father was killed by Bison years ago, two young con men (Damian Chapa, Byron Mann) and a sumo wrestler (Peter Navy Tuiasosopo).

Netflix takes Adam Sandler back to school! Directed by Robert Marianetti, Robert Smigel, and David Wachtenheim, Leo is the animated musical comedy film starring the voice of Adam Sandler. It is the second animated feature from Sandler's production company Happy Madison Productions. Jaded 74-year-old lizard Leo (Adam Sandler) has been stuck in the same Florida classroom for decades with his terrarium-mate turtle (Bill Burr). When he learns he only has one year left to live, he plans to escape to experience life on the outside but instead gets caught up in the problems of his anxious students – including an impossibly mean substitute teacher. It ends up being the strangest but most rewarding bucket list ever.

Directed by Robert Zemeckis, Who Framed Roger Rabbit is the fantasy comedy film loosely based on the 1981 novel Who Censored Roger Rabbit? by Gary K. Wolf. Rewind to 1988 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of this live-action and animation hybrid where humans and cartoon characters (referred to as "toons") co-exist in an alternate 1947 Hollywood. Down-on-his-luck private eye Eddie Valiant (Bob Hoskins) gets hired by cartoon producer R.K. Maroon (Alan Tilvern) to investigate an adultery scandal involving Jessica Rabbit (Kathleen Turner), the sultry wife of Maroon's biggest star, Roger Rabbit (Charles Fleischer). But when Marvin Acme (Stubby Kaye), Jessica's alleged paramour and the owner of Toontown, is found murdered, the villainous Judge Doom (Christopher Lloyd) vows to catch and destroy Roger.

Directed by Marco Brambilla, Demolition Man is the science fiction action film starring Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes. Luke and Jae return to 1993 to review and celebrate the 30th anniversary of this futuristic flick which had a four-part limited-series comic adaption published by DC Comics, written by Gary Cohn. With innocent victims caught in the crossfire in Los Angeles' intensifying war on crime, both cop John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone) and violent thug Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes) are sentenced to a state of frozen incarceration known as "CryoPrison." When Spartan is finally thawed 36 years later, it's 2032, and Los Angeles is now a pacifist utopia called San Angeles. But with Phoenix again on the loose, Spartan must team up with future cop Lenina (Sandra Bullock) to apprehend the killer.

Directed by David Winning and Shuki Levy, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie is the second installment in the Power Rangers film series after Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie (1995).
