Sinopsis

This is a podcast to help people who have done all the diets. Im a dad who runs a fitness a studio and currently doing my MNU nutrition course. Ive set this up to give daily help to people / parents who have goals when it comes to their weight, health but they dont want to do re do another diet. I will talk about daily things I see with my members, getting rid of any confusion when it comes to nutrition, plans, lifestyles and showing you you can get your weight loss goals, keep the results and still have a social life.
