Sinopsis
This is a podcast to help people who have done all the diets. Im a dad who runs a fitness a studio and currently doing my MNU nutrition course. Ive set this up to give daily help to people / parents who have goals when it comes to their weight, health but they dont want to do re do another diet. I will talk about daily things I see with my members, getting rid of any confusion when it comes to nutrition, plans, lifestyles and showing you you can get your weight loss goals, keep the results and still have a social life. I do swear abit so strap yourself in

Exercise to look good naked
07/02/2018 Duración: 04minWhy cardio alone isn’t great to change your body shape.. we all have goals to look good naked, ladies drop sizes and guys to get lean (ladies usually aswell want to be lean) and to get this look, you need to lift. Weights are essential and should be at the top of your list if your goals include to be healthy, lean, firm, strong, look good naked. Cardio is then used to create a bigger deficit if needed... have a listen, let me know what you think

1st meeting in our new course
