Sinopsis
This is a podcast to help people who have done all the diets. Im a dad who runs a fitness a studio and currently doing my MNU nutrition course. Ive set this up to give daily help to people / parents who have goals when it comes to their weight, health but they dont want to do re do another diet. I will talk about daily things I see with my members, getting rid of any confusion when it comes to nutrition, plans, lifestyles and showing you you can get your weight loss goals, keep the results and still have a social life. Underreporting food diaries
25/05/2018 Duración: 05minWhen you do a food diary for your coach, it’s normal to underreport because you don’t want them to see that or you genuinely don’t think to track that extra sugar in your tea etc, but the more detail and honest you are, the better / more help a coach can give you.. enjoy

Eating too little for your health
