Are You Open to God's Correction? Part Two
16/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Blessed indeed is the man whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty." Job 5:17 How do you know if you're open to God's correction? There are a few ways to know if you're open to God's correction. The first way to know is if you're living a life of repentance. If you're living a life of repentance, then you're open to God's correction because you're living a life of obedience. The second way to know if you're open to God's correction is if you're living in submission to Him. If you're living in submission to Him, then you're open to His correction because you're living in obedience to Him. The third way to know if you're open to God's correction is if you're living a life of prayer. If you're living a life of prayer, then you're open to God's correction because you're seeking Him and His will for your life. The fourth way to know if you're open to God's correction is if you're living a life of fellowship. If you're living a life of fellowship, then you're open to God's correction bec

Are You Open to God's Correction?
15/05/2022 Duración: 04min"For the moment, all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those trained by it." Hebrews 12:11 Since the dawn of time, humans have been plagued by the fear that something terrible will happen to them. For some, this manifests as extreme worry and an inability to enjoy life; for others, it manifests as a crippling belief that they are not good enough. Regardless of its severity, this fear is too common and often results in destructive behaviors. Remember, Proverbs 29:25 says, The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe." But what if there were a different way of looking at circumstances or mishaps around us? What if some setback were simply an opportunity to learn and grow? This is not to say that bad things never happen to good people or that enemies don't play tricks, but we can always find something positive even in the worst situations. When something bad happens, it can be tempting to see it as a sign of punishmen

Growing in God's Grace! Part Two
14/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Do not be led away by diverse and strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by foods, which have not benefited those devoted to them." Hebrews 13:9 Praise God for His amazing grace that helps us grow every day! Continual growth in grace is reasonable and necessary because our duty is so large and comprehensive. "The commandments of God are exceeding broad." Christianity especially is a vast work. And As grace is the seed of glory, that seed must rise by gradual advances to its full maturity. So continual growth in grace is important because Christianity is a gargantuan undertaking. No one ever attains the full stature of Christ in this life. "We all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18). Our progress in sanctification is gradual because there is so much before us to be done. We must not rest content with any degree of holiness

Growing in God's Grace!
13/05/2022 Duración: 04min"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen." 2 Peter 3:18 Christianity is a vast work. The commandments of God are exceeding broad, and our duty is so large and comprehensive that continual growth in grace is very reasonable and necessary. Our Savior has given us all we need for salvation, but we must continue to grow to be effective witnesses for Him. Christianity is not just serving our immediate circle. Christianity is not all about communicating only to our family or a small group, even if it does this. Instead, Christianity is encouraging people throughout the world to seek God. As Christians, we must constantly grow and learn more about God's grace. Today's bible verse from 2 Peter 3:18 encourages us to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen." We should remember that we are not perfect and will make mistakes. But as we continue to grow in grace, God will hel

What Lessons Have You Learned as You Aged? Part Three
12/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Wisdom belongs to the aged and understanding to the old." Job 12:12 Although aging brings with it some challenges, there are many lessons to be learned and enjoyed. As we age, we learn more about ourselves and our place in the world. We develop a deeper sense of wisdom and understanding, and our relationships with others become more meaningful. We find that we are more content with what we have, and we appreciate life's simple pleasures more than ever. While aging can be unpredictable, it is ultimately a time of growth and enrichment. Maturity is not about age. It's about having the wisdom to make the right decisions; therefore, we must look at how we need to change and improve our lifestyles. One of the most important things to remember is getting rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, outcry, slander, and every form of malice. If we don't get rid of these things, they will only lead to further unhappiness and problems. It's not always easy to let go of these negative emotions, but it is definitely worth it. P

What Lessons Have You Learned as You Aged? Part Two
11/05/2022 Duración: 05min"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well." Psalm 139:14 The older I get, the more I realize that life is about lessons. I've learned countless lessons since I've aged, but here are some of the most important ones. 1. Life is precious - Every day is a gift, and we should never take life for granted. This is especially true as we get older and see how short life can be. 2. Appreciate the moment - Life is full of wonderful moments, but we often don't appreciate them until they're gone. When we're younger, we often focus on the future and lose sight of the present. As we age, we learn to appreciate the moment more and enjoy life more. 3. It's never too late to do what you love - It's never too late to follow your dreams. You can still do what you love regardless of how old you are. 4. You're not invincible - We often think we're invincible when we're young, but as we age, we learn that we're not. We realize that we need to take care of ourselves

What Lessons Have You Learned as You Aged?
10/05/2022 Duración: 04min"When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned like a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things." 1 Corinthians 13:11 We are all individuals with our backgrounds, experiences, and personalities. However, when we look at ourselves in the mirror, we should see the image of God. Reflecting the image of God means having a reverence for who we are as individuals. It means being humble and accepting that we are not perfect and that there is room for growth. It also means having a positive attitude and looking for the good in people and things. I read a story of a young girl at the age of ten who attended a fundraising event with her parent. At the end of the event, she walked up to the person in charge of the event to ask her a question. She said, "Have you ever wished you could be like someone else? The woman answered, "Yes when I was younger, I am now glad and grateful for whom God intended me to be." Next, the lady asked the young girl, "Have you ever wished you could be like someone else?" Sh

The Power of Mother: How moms can mentor!
09/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Likewise, older women are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or enslaved people to much wine. They are to teach what is good." Titus 2:3 As a mom, you know just how important it is to have someone to look up to, someone who needs your to help them navigate these waters we call motherhood. It's important to have mentors, especially as a mom, because many different things go through a mother's head daily. One of a mother's priorities is to be a role model for her children. As mothers, we need to become the virtues of a noblewoman. We know just what it's like. We've been there, done that. We know the challenges and the triumphs of being a mom. Every mentor can relate to our mentees on a whole new level to help mentees succeed. We want to help them grow into the amazing mom we know they can be. However, we should always make ourselves available. We should always be there for our mentees, children, and community, whether it's an emergency or just a quick chat. And happy to help. Titus 2:4-5 "In this way,

Unleash Your Creativity With Faith! Part Two.
08/05/2022 Duración: 04min"But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but those who have faith and preserve their souls." Hebrews 10:39 The Bible says, "Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see." (Hebrews 11:1). This is what makes creativity and faith work together. Faith gives us the courage to explore new ideas and brings our inner creativity ideas to life. When we combine these two things, we can achieve great things. Faith gives people hope and helps them stay positive in difficult times and challenges. When you have faith in yourself, you will find no limit to how far you can go. It's a matter of believing in yourself and trusting God to help you. Faith and creativity involve believing in something that may not be immediately apparent or tangible. In other words, you have to have faith that what you're doing is going to work out, even though you can't necessarily see the results yet. So, for example, when you're painting a picture, you have to have faith that the final

Unleash Your Creativity With Faith
07/05/2022 Duración: 04min"I can do all things through him who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 What does creativity have to do with faith? According to the Bible, everything. So there is no doubt that creativity and faith are two important aspects of life. But what do they have to do with each other? It is important to explore what creativity and faith are to answer this question. According to Webster's dictionary, creativity is "the ability to produce something new or original." This can be done in several ways, such as exploring new paths, taking chances, and changing things. All of these elements are essential for growth and progress. Faith is the belief in something that is not seen. It is the trust that what is hoped for will come to be. This could be as simple as believing that the sun will rise each morning or as complex as trusting in God you have never seen. Faith allows people to hold on to hope when things are tough and provides a sense of certainty in an uncertain world. That's why creativity and faith can work together

Unleash Your Creativity! Part Three
06/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Whoever is faithful with very little will also be faithful with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." Luke 16:10 Adding creativity to your talent can make it a valuable commodity; however, if you add faithfulness and honesty, you will use it to its fullest potential. When it comes to our talents, we should be faithful to what we are good at and don't try to paint our talent with lies or dishonesty. Remember, when you have done your best with what was entrusted to you, the reward will surely be great, and you will be happy. Our talents can lead us down the right path in life and help us achieve our dreams. We should use them to make a difference and give back to those who have given so much to us. Are you faithful with the little you have? Being faithful with what you have is what will make you successful. You need to be creative and admire the talent that you have. Use it to the best of your ability and be faithful with it. God will bless you for your faithfulness

Unleash Your Creativity! Part two
05/05/2022 Duración: 04min"I was afraid and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours." Matthew 25:25 Some people have the talent potential for great things, but they don't know how to get started. While some know how to get started but are not pleased with their talents and hide them. But let me remind you that whether it's playing an instrument, writing, talking, dancing, reading, painting, or cooking, you have to find ways to engage your talents and share them with the world. Opportunities abound for people who never hide their talent but are bold with creativity and have fun. Let your creativity flourish and see where it takes you! The wise men say, 'if you don't know how to use your talents, then it's not worth wasting or burying them. We should always remember that God has given everyone gifts, and we should never waste them. Though some people are more gifted than others, I think that is true. However, that does not make yours useless or worthless. Proverbs 12:11 says, "He who works his land wil

Unleash Your Creativity!
04/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Oh Lord, how manifold are your works! In wisdom have you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures." Psalm 104:24 It's fundamental to unleash your creativity first before you actually possess the ability to connect the dots of ideas and people. In the book of Matthew, Jesus says, "For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him." (25:29). In other words, those who trust in God and use the gifts He's given them will be blessed with even more gifts. This is the principle of multiplication. Creativity is a gift from God. When we use it to create something new, we multiply what we've been given. To be creative is to be alive. It's an act of faith because we're stepping out into the unknown, trusting that God will guide us and provide for us. When we're creative, we're expressing our uniqueness and connection to God. We're using the gifts He's given us to make the world a better place. So go ahead and unleash your c

How Praising God Changes Life! Part Two
03/05/2022 Duración: 04min"I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise will always be on my lips." Psalm 34:1 Praising God changes lives. This is a conclusion that many people come to after witnessing the direct impact that praising God has on their lives. The experience of being filled with thanksgiving allows us to see our life in a new light, and it often leads to changes we never thought possible. Praise is a powerful tool of encouragement. It builds people up and confuses the enemy. When we are filled with thanksgiving, our outlook on life changes, and we often make changes that radiate for other people to see. When we focus on who God is in our life, we begin to build up an identity of righteousness that attracts blessings from our Heavenly Father. For example, Paul and Silas praised God in prison, and they were miraculously set free. Their faith attracted the presence of God, and they received His favor. We can also experience this same blessing by focusing on who God is in our lives. When we align our thoughts with who He i

How Praising God Changes Life!
02/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Hear, O kings; give ear, O princes; to the Lord, I will sing; I will make melody to the Lord, the God of Israel." Judges 5:3 Praising God is one of the most important things we can do as Christians. When we take the time to thank Him for all He's done for us, it blesses Him and encourages us to keep following Him. In Psalm 34:1, David says, "I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will be on my lips." As followers of Christ, we should always be willing to lift our voices in song and worship to Him because our God is worthy of all our praise, no matter who we are or where we are. There are many benefits to praising God. For one thing, it helps us stay focused on what's truly important. When we're constantly thanking Him for His goodness and love, it becomes much harder to get wrapped up in the things of this world. Praising God also brings joy into our lives - something that's much needed in these dark times. For example, It's easy to become bogged down by the negative things happening in the world tod

Avoid Decision Fatigue! Part Four
02/05/2022 Duración: 04min"Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God!" Psalm 42:11 When we're feeling down, it's easy to get wrapped up in our heads and spiral into negative thoughts. Today's Bible verse reminds us to avoid decision fatigue and instead put our hope in God. Despite how we're feeling, we should give thanks for all the good in our lives. We can start to shift our focus from the negative to the positive by doing this. This can become a habit and help us feel more peace and joy with time and practice. When we lift our praise to God, we see Him in a new light. Our spiritual sense is awakened, and we can see Him working in our lives. We also begin to see the truth in His Word, and our minds are opened up to His plan for us. We can then receive from Him what He has for us and be transformed into who He desires us to be. So let us lift our heads and hearts to God, praising Him through all of life's ups and downs. Let us be a light for others, pointing

Avoid Decision Fatigue! Part Three
30/04/2022 Duración: 05min"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 We all face difficult decisions in life. What career should I pursue? Should I move to a new city? Is this the right relationship for me? Weighing the pros and cons of these choices can be overwhelming. It's tempting to take matters into our own hands, but what if we're not sure what the right decision is? Thankfully, we don't have to make these decisions alone. God is always with us, and He wants to guide us to the best choice for our lives. In Jeremiah 29:11, God promises, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jesus Himself spoke about this principle when He said, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than cloth

Avoid Decision Fatigue! Part Two
29/04/2022 Duración: 04min"I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just because I seek not my will but the will of him who sent me." John 5:30 Many people believe that their choices in life determine their past outcomes. This is especially true for career paths and what kind of person they have been trying to be or want to be. However, this is only part of your destiny. The other part is largely determined by the choices you make today. This can be difficult to accept, but it is true because your past may have too many rough drafts; but remember that your future is still clean. Therefore, you have the power to make it right from now! In John 5:30, Jesus says, "I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just because I seek not my own will but the will of God who sent me." In other words, when it comes to decision-making, humans must rely on God to act justly. We should seek God's guidance when making decisions because His will is always best. If we try to make decisions based on our de

Avoid Decision Fatigue!
28/04/2022 Duración: 04min"Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but there is safety in an abundance of counselors." Proverbs 11:14 How can we know what is best for us? How do we find meaning and purpose in our lives? What guides our decisions? Some people believe that the answer to these questions lies within themselves, while others believe that God should play a larger role in their lives. There is no right or wrong answer, but each individual must decide what they believe is best. As Christians, it is our responsibility to seek God's guidance when it comes to making choices. There is no single answer to how we should live our lives. We all have different preferences, goals, and values that must be weighed to find the perfect path. But there is one thing we can all agree on: it's better to make decisions based on what we believe rather than what someone else tells us. That's why it's so important to trust God with our choices – He knows best. John 5:30 says, "I can do nothing on my own. So, therefore, I judge as I hear, and m

Raising God's Fearing Children! Part Two
27/04/2022 Duración: 05minI have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." 3 John 1:4 One of the assets to have in this world is children, either biological or spiritual children, and to make them become the greatest asset, we have to raise them in the way of the Lord. Raising spiritually minded children is a great asset. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and he will not depart from it when he is old." The psalmist agrees in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." God has given parents the responsibility to raise their children in a way that honors Him. Children are a gift from God and should be nurtured to allow them to grow into responsible adults who understand the way of God. This means that parents must be diligent in their parenting skills and provide a foundation of faith for their children to build upon. Children are not only a blessing from God, but they are also a great asset to society. They represent the future
