This is a podcast to help people who have done all the diets. Im a dad who runs a fitness a studio and currently doing my MNU nutrition course. Ive set this up to give daily help to people / parents who have goals when it comes to their weight, health but they dont want to do re do another diet. I will talk about daily things I see with my members, getting rid of any confusion when it comes to nutrition, plans, lifestyles and showing you you can get your weight loss goals, keep the results and still have a social life. I do swear abit so strap yourself in

Meal Plans Don't Work..

will he close the gyms today and what to do if he does...

The gym is massive for your mental health. If he does close them, do what you can to stay active, positive and on top of things until they're re opened again

Just do something
