When working on a project and I need something done fast (faster or better than I can do it) I hit up fiverr.com.   If you know how to use it and do not get sucked into all the other BS that's on there, you can find some great and creative people who you can outsource projects to for $5 or more.   Unlike other services like Fiverr, There's no bidding. You look at the profiles and the reviews and see what they can do.
