According to an article on Forbes website, artificial intelligence experts are now teaching computers to come up with better questions, because humans aren’t as good at identifying the gaps in our knowledge as we think we are. In other words, you don’t know what you don’t know. In fact, you will never know what you don’t know. There will always be gaps in your knowledge; places where you are absolutely clueless as to your ignorance. And in a culture such as ours where being “in the know” matters so much and admitting “I don’t know” can be seen as some sort of fault or failure, sometimes we forget we don’t know what we don’t know, and act like we know it all. Because who wants to actually admit that they don’t know anything about something?
