Drew Manning Drew did the original Fit2Fat2Fit journey back in 2011 gaining 75 lbs on purpose in 6 months! The biggest lesson Drew learned for sure was empathy for those that struggle and the importance of it in this industry! No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care first! Drew is mainly doing this to spread the message of EMPATHY this time. In four months, gained 62.4 lbs, 12.5” gained in my waist, 9.5” gained in my hips, and 17.8% body fat gained. Drew did this all in 4 months! Drew is at the halfway mark in his journey back to fitness. Back in 2011, social media wasn't what it was now. Drew has renamed his project Fit2Fat2Forty because back in 2011 he was 31, but now, at 40, his body has changed.
