Black Friday Bunderoo   Once a year, an event happens that is so epic, so profitable, so bat crap crazy, that it can only be described as BLACK FRIDAY.  In this our 20th episode, we recount our experiences of black friday 2015, from the view point of a shopper and probably of a retailer, heck I don't remember. I'm Sorry Did We Offend You???   Clint returns to join us in an impromptu discussion about some random crap.  We start out discussing our days.  Michael talks about his trip out west.  Fox News just doesn't get Star Wars, and honestly we don't get how they are so stupid.  Next we cry and wine about The Crow reboot.  This thing is still being made???  We finish up by lightening the mood talking about finishing.   Next time we will try not to offend as many people.

Seinfeld Sucks, But This Show Doesn't   Sir Jackson the Legend is back again to share in our nerdtastic discussions for the week.  We start out addressing the idiocracy that is "Netflix and Chill", we then move on to the MLB Playoffs, GO Rangers.  Jackson talks about his time at Retropalooza.  Why is it that bands keep changing up their lineups.  Princess Leia's Gold Bikini sells for a boatload of Galactic Creds.  We ponder as to what is a good price for a gaming console.  We nerd out a bit over the Return of the X-Files.  We discuss our dream concerts, before pitching not only our take on a Flatliners reboot, but the perfect film for Rick Moranis to make his acting return with.  Finally we turn to the almighty Dollar, as we question why Disney needs to charge such an insane amount for season passes, as well as why celebs at cons charge so much for pictures and autographs.

Hey You Guuuuyyyssss! We made it to lucky number 13. The Essentials   This week Sir Spencer The Artist makes his return to the kingdom, and this week, we jump right into the discussion, with Spencer discussing training for a marathon.  We reveal our ideal Horror theme weddings.  We wish the super fire hot Cassandra Peterson and Jennifer Tilly, the happiest of birthdays.  Spencer plugs the PBS biography on Walt Disney.  We bitch about our jobs, then we share some exciting lego news.  We wax on Disney live action remakes before discussing the changing of Tim Burton.  Finally we get on topic, and defend our lists of the essential films of our generation.  

X Marks The Spot This week, things go all over the map as we celebrate our milestone tenth episode.  A very special thanks to all those who have listened to us ramble.  We start out talking about our week, then after a moment of silence for the victims, we share our memories of learning of the events of 9/11. There will be a Ronda Rousey Roadhouse Reboot (try saying that 5 times fast).  We ponder when exactly did Johnny Depp permanently become Jack Sparrow.  Krampus has a Deathgasm during his Last Shift.  Trick 'R Treat gets a sequel and a graphic novel and Harry Potter gets some cool new book releases.  Ultra HD BR is coming, Michael goes all cop nerd over the upcoming Blu-Ray release of The Shield.  We pitch Kevin Smith an idea for a Dogma prequel.  Special Limited Ultimate Editions of all your favorite movie and tv shows, are coming for your wallet this holiday season.  Finally we make our predictions and discuss what we would like to see out of some of our favorite shows this season.

Kickin' It Old School   This week on the Sons of the Renaissance podcast, we introduce yet another new member to our quest.  Lord Josh the Warrior joins us in our home this week to help us kick it old school.  This week we learn that Kanye West is going to run for president, so we take the opportunity to discuss who we want to see run for president.  We watched some new trailers including, Macbeth, Risen, The Witch, and The Final Girls.  We discuss some of the new Lego sets that have been released, and Jonathan discusses his Batmobile collection.  We take some time to reflect on the passing of Wes Craven, before we get into the meat and potatoes of the discussion, which is classic video games.   RIP Wes Craven

Still Tooshing the Tish   This time around we finish up our discussion of all things nerdy with Jackson the Legend.  We learn that Ivan Drago will be a kindergarten teacher, really.  We pitch Lionsgate the plot for The Expendables 6: Grey Dawn.  Then we decide to gather 'round the camp fire at Sleepaway Camp to tell ghost stories of Horror Movie Sequels.  Jon declares is love of porn, torture porn that is.  In trailer news, we take a Bite out of The Hateful Eight, before saying Goodnight to Mommy.  We spoil the end of Rambo and Bad Dudes which leads into an interesting discussion on video game endings, Game Genies, cheating and laying the Smackdown on your candy asses.  Porn takes over Dallas.  We share our memories and thoughts on the loss of the Challenger, and Columbia.  Finally we wrap up with discussions of our future plans and possibilities of future episodes with the Legend.  Oh yeah Fantastic 4 fails miserably and we discuss our thoughts on why.

Tooshing The Tish   In this weeks episode the Sons introduce a new party member to our quest, Sir Jackson The Legend.  We discuss his historical rise to Legend status, starting with his humble beginnings in Backyard Wrestling, to his radio career that started when he was a child, his podcasting legacy, to the honor of being an award winning film maker. Michael and Jackson spend some time reminiscing about their stint at Carthage High School, including their work at CHS-TV.  We go into the struggles and pleasures of producing 2 award winning short films as seniors in high school, Check It Out and Walk Away From The Pain.   Jon discusses his take on the editing of our show, and how it compares to working on videos.  Finally we wrap up with a discussion on the Good, Bad, and Fugly of mobile games, playable characters, dlc, and achievements.   To Be Continued???
