13/02/2014 Duración: 04minMeditation: Breathing Implement meditation into your day, just for a minute. That's the main point of my message today. That's it, just one minute of meditation a day. There happens to be three parts to this meditation, and the other two will be in future podcasts on this topic. But for the moment, start with part one, breathing.Not just any ol' breathing, breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. Slow and deep breaths. If you have your diet in mind because of weight you might be trying to lose, or if you realised that you're getting a bit flabby and you need toning, you might seek some advice from friends or professionals. It's generally not a consideration for you to consult your dreams on the matter. But don't underestimate yourself or your dreams. Dreams can be particularly helpful concerning diet advice, for foods that you might need to cut out, for example a person who is allergic to wheat, might have dreams where wheat features. As an example with my client, she wanted to become a vegan. She had already stopped eating land animals and sea animals and had become a vegetarian, but dairy and eggs were her next goal to cut out so she wasn't eating any animal products at all. My client was kind of looking for a sign for when she should do this and if she was making the right decision. She came to her session wanting to discuss this. You could go through your day and not have to hear a phone ring unless your were at home or in your office. Nowadays everybody are on their phones texting all the time. But in romantic relationships, texts are ok for a while, then they become unacceptable. You need to feel good about having and enforcing communication standards. MANIFESTING - S04E01 - What is Manifesting?

Most people associate money with manifesting because generally most people want a better lifestyle, but you can manifest anything, eg. A car park, a red dress or shirt, anything you want. Manifesting can feel hard to do but it's not that long or hard a process. It can happen in a second. You just need a second of desire to create what you want. For eg. You see something in a shop window, you like it, you have a desire for it- which occurs in a second, you forget about it and... days or weeks later it turns up right in front of you and you didn't even pay for it! If you take a moment, you would recall an instance of this in your own life. You don't have to push yourself or whip your mind about it. Manifesting can happen quickly and easily :-D

HEALTH - S03E02 - What Constipation Means Emotionally
06/02/2014 Duración: 07minConstipation. Why does it happen. What is the emotion driving it? There are always unhealthy emotions driving problems in your body. There is a strong energetic link between your feeling anxious about money and constipation, because... you're not in the flow of life and you're not trusting that things are actually ok or you're not trusting that things will shortly be ok. It's the feelings that control what happens in your body, not the facts as such. The facts can say you don't need to worry, but you are. The facts can say you should worry, but you're not. If you're =feeling= negative about your financial situation, you are likely to create that in your body in the form of constipation. I give a little exercise to help you heal yourself with regards to this, namely to recall the feeling of being relaxed about money from a time in your life from the past, and the more you get into the feeling, the more you will heal your body.
